ReNu Health and Wellness is a small Health and Wellness business located in the heart of downtown New Hamburg owned and operated by Angie Hallman RMT and working alongside of her is Jasmine Barker RMT. The facility offers a variety of focused one on one treatments such as Registered Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, Heated Stone Massage, EFT and Reiki. What is so unique about this facility is that we are real people. This statement generally makes people laugh. But when you meet us you really get to know that we are small town people who genuinely care.

Credentials
Massage therapy is a regulated health profession in Ontario. Massage Therapy should be performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT or MT). Massage Therapists are Registered with the Canadian College of Massage Therapist of Ontario. They hold a certification allowing them to practice in Ontario. Angie Hallman RMT and Jasmine Barker RMT are your local massage therapy professionals.

Nursing Foot Clinics
January 28th and Feb 25 from 9am - 4pm
by appointment only.

Creative Play with Movement for Girls and Boys ages 3 – 5: Promote physical activity with creativity, Learn mind and body connection through physical games, Learn turn taking and observe and learn from each other through movement activities, Feel a sense of belonging to a group and a team, Stimulate imagination with creative play and movement. Starts Saturday January 21st from 9:30am – 10:15am and it’s eight weeks in length and it’s held at the Wilmot Recreation Complex In the lower meeting room. Only six spots available and it is a FITNESS TAX CREDIT PROGRAM. All for $65.

Intuitive Insights:
Cindy has been using her gifts for the past 25 years. She sees and hears things from peoples pasts, what’s coming and what is happening at the present moment. She does this by connecting to her sense of guidance. You will receive an open, positive and compassionate reading. Ask any questions you have. Cindy often provides insight into Relationships, Love, Finance and Family. Cindy also connects to your special loved ones (human or animal) who have crossed over to the other side. Each session is taped so you can bring your messages home with you. November 19th from 10am – 4pm, $50 for 1/2hr and $80 for 1hr.

Ever wish you new what your new born wanted from their cry? Join Angie Hallman RMT to learn the six basic newborn cries and what there trying to tell you. Saturday December 10th at 11:30AM. Admission is just $5 reserve your spot today!

Space Available

Professional space available to rent in a established health and wellness facility. The space is suitable for a RMT, Osteopath, Naturopath, Reflexologist, Hypnosis, Counseling, Coaching and Reiki or other Energy Practitioners. Willing to discuss rent based on monthly fee or split to cap per day / month.

Working is our facility has a professional, fun, relaxed and positive atmosphere. We are located just off the 7 & 8 in New Hamburg about fifteen minutes from Kitchener.

Our facility includes close parking, phone, photocopier, website, shared waiting area, cleaning, debit terminal advertising and a shared locked filing system. We have one private space and one shared space available.

Shared room offers: Large window in treatment room, massage table, Cds and player, hot stones and seated massage chair. The space is suitable for RMT, Osteopath, Reiki, Reflexology, Hypnosis and other forms of Bodywork. Available 1-3 full days a week and half days the rest of the week. Willing to discuss rent based on split to cap or rent per day. You will be able to take care of your own billing and collections.
